Overview

College of the Rockies (COTR) is a multi-centre, community-based college serving residents in the East Kootenay region and beyond. The college offers a wide selection of career, vocational, trade, academic/university transfer and college preparatory programs. The main campus is in Cranbrook, with regional campuses in Fernie, Creston, Invermere and Golden and a centre in Sparwood.
FACILITY/SERVICE HIGHLIGHTS: The Cranbrook Campus has a 96-bed student residence; the Creston Campus has a video-conferencing centre. The college provides special advice and support services for First Nations individuals wishing to further their education.

Mature Student
If you have not graduated from secondary school you may be considered for admission as a mature student as long as you are at least 19 years old on the first day of classes. You must also meet the specific course/program prerequisites for your intended program.
Other Student (including Special Consideration)
If you do not qualify for admission under the regular or mature student admission requirements it is possible to be considered for admission by the Register as a special student. For more details contact a COTR advisor.
