Camosun College
Overview

Camosun College offers degree, diploma and certificate programs in beautiful Victoria, on Vancouver Island. The college's two campuses serve 10,000 full-time students, and another 3,000 part-time students, including over 800 Aboriginal students from 50 Nations including Métis and Inuit groups, and over 500 International students.
The college welcomed its first students in 1971 and adopted the name "Camosun," a local Songhees First Nation name meaning "where different waters meet and are transformed." Today, Camosun College offers more than 160 innovative programs to help meet the needs of students and communities in Victoria and beyond. Programs include university transfer and applied degree programs; career and trades training; upgrading and preparatory programs; and continuing education.
FACILITY/SERVICE HIGHLIGHTS
The college hosts food service operations, including a cafeteria attached to the culinary arts school; childcare centres; a variety of fitness and drop-in recreational activities; and is home to the Pacific Institute for Sport Excellence. Each campus has a student employment centre that assists students in finding full-time, part-time, seasonal and casual employment, as well as Co-op opportunities.

BC Secondary School (or equivalent)

If you possess Grade 12 graduation from any recognized institution you are eligible for general admission to Camosun. You must also meet specific admission requirements for your intended program.
