About University Transfer Selection Options
BC has a remarkable post-secondary system that supports your ability to start at one institution, then transfer to another institution to complete your program of study.
Most colleges offer the first two years of arts and science degree programs that you can use to complete a Bachelor's degree at either a university or a university college.
You can also transfer in non-degree programs. For example, there are many programs in business, health, tourism and human services that transfer from one institution to another.
University Transfer is best used when you need program admission requirement options, the convenience of being able to start your post-secondary education close to home, program delivery flexibility, or the ability to create a long range learning plan for yourself.
