BCCAT Mission Statement

The mandate of the British Columbia Council on Admissions and Transfer (BCCAT) is to facilitate admission, articulation and transfer arrangements among B.C. post-secondary institutions. Specifically, the Council encourages institutions to develop policies and practices that facilitate student mobility, the admission process for direct entry and transfer students, and transferability of post-secondary credit courses.
